"What if you don't list a service that I want?"
There are so many services available on Maui that it's impossible to list them all. But if you have something that you want, by all means, please ask. Our goal is to give you what YOU want, so we'll work on your behalf to meet your desires.

"How can I be sure my wedding date will be available?"
Many couples have a specific date they want to be married. For this reason, we encourage you to book early . It is not uncommon for us to have several weddings on the same day, so if you want to assure that your time and date will be available, please book as early as possible. The way you hold your wedding date is by texting us as we can check availability immediately. Your deposit guarantees that someone else will not come in and get your day and time.

"How do I send you my deposit?"
Once your reservation is completed simply follow the prompts on the website. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm that it has been received. by the next business day.

"When do I need to pay my balance?"
We ask that you pay your balance in full 45-days before your wedding date.

"How do I pay my balance?"
When you fill out the reservation form, be sure to print a copy of the services you want to order so that you'll know what your balance is. But when you're ready to make your final payment, let us know, and we will forward to you a online link for payment. By talking together or e-mailing before hand we can make absolutely certain you are getting all of the services you want .

"Can I make changes after I've paid in full?"
You can always make changes. We're here to serve you and your wishes. Obviously, the closer to your wedding date the harder it becomes for us to guarantee the availability of paid wedding sites or wedding performers. It usually takes us a few days to establish their availability or to find acceptable alternatives for you.

"Is your service guaranteed?"
Yes. Our service is guaranteed. We will cheerfully refund what you have paid us except the non-refundable deposit paid. You'll find this is rare among coordinators. We will treat you right, knowing that the service we offer is as much a ministry as it is a business. The exception to this is when you have booked a site that is non-refundable. We will tell you which sites have these restrictions before you put a deposit down on them.

"What if I have to cancel at the last moment?"
You may cancel your wedding only by written notice (“Cancellation Notice”) ( NO verbal or text message will be accepted ) sent to email us. The deposit is refundable less a $500 retainer fee for work already performed ONLY if client cancels at least 45 days prior to their reserved wedding date ( excluding the LAST MINUTE PACKAGE as this require full payment with no refund ). If you reserved your date with us starting March 01/2020 when the COVID-19 started the client herewith is /was aware and takes all the risks of the booking of their wedding. Just Maui Weddings™ will make a reasonable effort to avoid canceling a wedding due to inclement weather, acts of God, a pandemic or any other reason outside its control; but if its effort fails, Just Maui Weddings™ will not bear any liability for its resulting cancellation of the wedding; and you will not be entitled to a refund. Instead, you will be entitled rescheduling your wedding for a date that is mutually agreeable to you and Just Maui Weddings™ and that is within 12 months of the originally reserved date. No-shows on the date of the reserved wedding date are treated under the same terms as cancellations. JMW will grant no refunds for weddings cancelled on or before Holidays, Valentines Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Sunrise weddings incl. any vanity dates such as 04/03/21 or 04/04/21 or 09/09/21 or 02/22/22 or 02/03/23. Due to CC fees for both processing payments and refunds, accounting will take out an added 5% surcharge + the standard 10% cancellation fee.
