This guide is not meant to replace professional dietetic plans and recommendations. This guide will help you get on the right track to your fitness goals. Let's get started, so let's not delay!

The Special K Diet:

Every bride wants to look beautiful on her wedding day. For brides who want to lose 10-15 pounds and detox their bodies, a 30-day detox diet is the best option. A detox diet can improve your skin, hair, and nails, and help you lose weight. You will feel confident walking down the aisle after a 30-day detox.

The 14-day Special K diet replaces two meals daily with Special K cereal and low-fat milk. Whole fruits and vegetables can be snacked on, as well as portion-controlled Special K bars and shakes. The Kellogg Company created the "Special K Challenge" diet. It allows you to eat a balanced, regular meal as your third meal. This diet can help you lose six pounds or drop a size in as little as two weeks.

Pre-Wedding Upper Body Workout:

Upper Body Workout!

Come on girls! Let's get your upper body looking the best that it can be for your wedding day. Extreme results can be accomplished if you follow the golden rules!

GOLDEN RULES:

  • You must commit to doing this workout one day a week
  • Perform each set as SLOWLY as you can.
  • At the end of the set if you feel like you can do one more, then do it!
  • You must do each set until failure. Make your muscles shake!
  • Stretch out afterwords!

    THE MINIMUM WORKOUT:

    • Push-ups (on knees) - X7 - This move will supremely tone your chest. It will NOT flatten your boobs! Oh, and remember to do these as slow as you can!
    • Push-downs (plank) - X10 - That's right, just start in a regular push-up position and go down to the ground as SLOW as you can. Roll off to the side and get back up for more!
    • Biceps (10lbs) - X15 - Sit with your elbow resting on the inside of your knee or stand up and bring your dumbbell up to your shoulder. Remember, as SLOW as you can!
    • Deltoids (5lbs) - X5 - Start standing with feet shoulder width apart. Hold your 5lb dumbbells in each hand (down by your side) and slowly lift arms straight out in front of you to shoulder height (palms down) and gently roll arms out away from you and back.

      • This package is recommended for elopements with 0-6 guests, as 1 hour of photography time is not enough for more than 6 guests.

      Beach weddings are limited to 25 guests due to state permit restrictions.

    What time of day is best for photos?

    Usually the best time of day is early morning between 7 and 8 this is when the lighting is most suitable and your pictures will be crisp and the ocean is turquoise in color. It will be a little cooler & more comfortable for you and your guests as well.

    West or South Maui Beach?

    We have approx. 12 different beach locations to choose from between West and South Maui. When asked we normally suggest a beach closest to where you will be staying. Favorite spots like Makena Cove and Keawakapu and White Rock Beach (Palauea Beach), offer stunning photographs in a pristine setting. Even though all beaches on the island are public we shoot your memories for the years to come when there is no-one behind you but do expect other people on the beach.
